DELIVERY

We deliver throughout the UK except for BFPO addresses and addresses without a postcode. Regarding Northern Island, please see below. We also deliver to Sweden - please see below

ENGLAND, WALES, AND CENTRAL SCOTLAND - A flat rate of £12.50 plus VAT applies for 5 bottles of wine or less. Free delivery for 6 bottles of wine or more. Cases can be mixed.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS – A flat rate of £16 plus VAT, per order

ISLE OF WIGHT AND SCOTTISH OFFSHORE - A flat rate of £23 plus VAT, per order

NORTHERN IRELAND - Because of the new, post-Brexit regulations there is now a flat rate of delivery to Northern Ireland of £50 plus VAT. Expect delays due to customs procedures.

SWEDEN - A flat rate of £50 plus VAT, per order.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a full refund to all customers if goods turn out to be faulty or different from those ordered.

Please check the condition of the goods on delivery and record any breakages on the courier's delivery note.

Any faulty wines must be reported and returned to our business address within 14 days of the date of sale to be evaluated for refund correctly.

Upon receipt of the items we will contact you within three working days to arrange refund or exchange (all refunds will be re-credited to the purchasing credit / debit card account - including any additional postage charges incurred).

If you want to simply cancel an order, you have 7 days from the date of receiving the wine to return it to our business address. Goods must be unopened and undamaged and shipped at the customer's expense. We will then refund you for the cost of the wine within 7 days of us receiving the goods.
