Vinification

Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats for 14 days. Ageing for 14 months in 225 L French oak barrels.

Tasting and pairing

Intense, dark ruby colour. On the nose prunes and blackberry, followed by liquorice and graphite. A complex, elegant taste, full and harmonious with long lasting persistence.
